X-Care is a service provided by Electro X Zimbabwe (Private) Limited to registered members.

1. I am knowingly and willingly signing up to the Electro X Zimbabwe: X-Care service at the
indicated price per package which is billed in advance.

2.I understand that the aforementioned packages (EX1 – EX8) only include coverage for
the screen guards, and not the actual screen of the device. Screen guards serve as
additional protection to the screen of a gadget, but do not prevent it from breaking /
cracking. Should anything happen to the actual screen (either by fall damage, scratches,
etc), Electro X Zimbabwe cannot be held liable or be obligated to perform any repairs.

3.I understand that to claim my service (i.e. Screen Guard replacement), I am required to
present my membership card as proof of membership. Should I fail to do so, Electro X
Zimbabwe reserves the right to deny me service.

4.If a member upgrades their handset (within the same package group) and they have not
exhausted their screen guard replacements, they are entitled to the continuance of
their service until exhaustion. If a gadget upgrade is done to a different package group,
and upgrade is done via Electro X Zimbabwe, then the member is entitled to service
continuation at no additional cost. However, if upgrade is done externally, then the
member will be required to pay the difference between the package groups for the
continuation of their service to take effect

5.Loss of X-Care membership card will attract a replacement fee of $1

6.Sharing (between 2 or more persons) of membership cards in order to claim
undeserving service is strictly prohibited.
