What happens when I place an order on the website?
There are 3 outcomes depending on the payment method you have selected:
- If you select Cash On Delivery, your order will be immediately processed and will be proceeded to be delivered to your specified address
- If you select the DPO payment gateway, after successful payment, your order will be processed and delivered within 30 minutes
- If you select Cash On Collection, your order will be prepared based on the time and date you have selected to collect your order
What payment options are there?
There are multiple payment methods available:
- Cash On Delivery – for orders between $30 – $200, you have the option to pay for the order as soon as it arrives to your specified location.
- DPO (Direct Pay Online) – for international payments / Visa & MasterCard’s / PayPal, you can securely pay online using the DPO gateway
- Cash On Collection – for orders above $200, you can in-store when you are collecting your order
- Swipe / Ecocash – All ZWL payment methods are available in-store
Can I order a product that is not listed on the website?
(Depending on the product, you can. For that you can contact sales@electrox.shop)
Do you deliver?
Yes, on condition:
- For orders from $10 – $29, there is a $5 delivery fee.
- For orders from $30 – $200, there is no delivery fee.
- Items paid for via DPO are delivered free of charge, regardless of order size
After how long should I wait for my delivery after ordering?
You should expect delivery to be completed within 24 hours or 1 working day
Do you deliver out of Harare?
No. Deliveries are done in Harare
Are the items on the website available in stock?
Yes.
If an item is not in stock it will be listed as out of stock or if a variant of a particular product is not in stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart
Do you accept returns?

Yes, 1 year warranty on all electronics, subject to our terms and conditions
